第1条（適用）
本規約は、アプリ「背表紙本棚」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。
本アプリを利用された時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
第2条（本アプリの位置づけ）
本アプリは、持っている本を写真で並べて記録するための道具です。
蔵書の管理・売買・貸出などの取引を目的とした機能は提供していません。
第3条（撮影する対象について）
- 撮影した表紙・背表紙の写真は、私的な記録の範囲でご利用ください
- 本の表紙デザインには著作権があります。撮影した写真を公開・配布する場合は、利用者の責任において必要な許諾を得てください
第4条（免責）
- 提供者は、本アプリが常に正常に動作することを保証するものではありません
- 本アプリの利用または利用できなかったことによって生じた損害（登録した本の情報や写真の消失を含む）について、提供者は責任を負いません。ただし、提供者に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除きます
第5条（禁止事項）
- 本アプリを複製、改変、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブルすること
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
- 他人の権利（著作権など）を侵害する目的で本アプリを利用すること
第6条（データの保存）
本アプリが保存する情報は、お使いの端末の中だけに保存されます。
同期やバックアップは行っていないため、アプリを削除すると失われます。また、機種変更の際には引き継がれません。
第7条（本アプリの変更・提供の終了）
提供者は、事前の通知なく本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。
第8条（本規約の変更）
提供者は、必要と判断した場合に本規約を変更することがあります。
変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点から適用されます。
第9条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、
提供者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Article 1 (Application)
These Terms set out the conditions for using the app "Hondana" (the "App").
By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 2 (Nature of the App)
The App is a tool for recording the books you own by lining them up as photos.
It provides no features for transactions such as trading, selling, or lending books.
Article 3 (What You Photograph)
- Please use the cover and spine photos you take within the scope of private records
- Book cover designs are copyrighted. If you publish or distribute the photos you take, obtain any necessary permission at your own responsibility
Article 4 (Disclaimer)
- The provider does not guarantee that the App will always operate correctly
- The provider is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App (including loss of registered book records and photos), except where caused by the provider's willful misconduct or gross negligence
Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)
- Copying, modifying, decompiling, or disassembling the App
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Using the App to infringe the rights of others (copyright, etc.)
Article 6 (Data Storage)
Information saved by the App is stored only on your device.
No sync or backup is performed, so deleting the App loses it, and it does not transfer when you change devices.
Article 7 (Changes to, or Discontinuation of, the App)
The provider may change the App's content or discontinue it without prior notice.
Article 8 (Changes to These Terms)
The provider may revise these Terms when deemed necessary.
Revised Terms apply from the time they are posted on this page.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute concerning the App shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the provider's location as the court of first instance.
