第1条（適用）
本規約は、アプリ「マドリモ」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。
本アプリを利用された時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
第2条（本アプリの位置づけ）
本アプリは、部屋の間取りを手早くメモするための道具です。
- 表示される寸法・面積・帖数は、利用者が入力した数値にもとづく計算結果です。実際の建物の寸法を測定・保証するものではありません
- 本アプリは建築設計、確認申請、見積、契約、不動産の表示などの根拠として用いることを想定していません。それらの用途には、有資格者による実測と正規の図面をご利用ください
- 帖数は 1 帖 = 1820mm × 910mm として計算しています。地域や物件によって畳の寸法は異なります
第3条（免責）
- 提供者は、本アプリが算出する寸法・面積の正確性について保証するものではありません
- 本アプリの利用または利用できなかったことによって生じた損害（作成した間取りの消失を含む）について、提供者は責任を負いません。ただし、提供者に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除きます
- iCloud の状態、端末の空き容量、OS の仕様変更などにより、一部の機能が利用できないことがあります
第4条（禁止事項）
次の行為はご遠慮ください。
- 本アプリを複製、改変、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブルすること
- 本アプリが出力した図面を、実測にもとづく正規の図面であるかのように表示・提供すること
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
第5条（データの保存）
作成した間取りは、お使いの端末と、iCloud にサインインしている場合は利用者ご自身の iCloud に保存されます。
提供者はこれを保管していないため、消失した場合に復元することはできません。
残しておきたい図面は、画像や PDF への書き出しをご利用ください。
第6条（本アプリの変更・提供の終了）
提供者は、事前の通知なく本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。
第7条（本規約の変更）
提供者は、必要と判断した場合に本規約を変更することがあります。
変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点から適用されます。
第8条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、
提供者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Article 1 (Application)
These Terms set out the conditions for using the app "Madorimo" (the "App").
By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 2 (Nature of the App)
The App is a tool for quickly noting down the layout of a room.
- Dimensions, areas, and tatami counts shown are calculated from the values you enter. They do not measure or guarantee the dimensions of an actual building
- The App is not intended as a basis for architectural design, building permit applications, estimates, contracts, or real-estate listings. For those purposes, use measurements taken by a qualified professional and formal drawings
- Tatami counts are calculated as 1 jo = 1820mm x 910mm. Actual tatami sizes vary by region and property
Article 3 (Disclaimer)
- The provider does not guarantee the accuracy of the dimensions or areas the App calculates
- The provider is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App (including loss of plans you created), except where caused by the provider's willful misconduct or gross negligence
- Some features may be unavailable depending on iCloud status, free storage, or OS changes
Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)
- Copying, modifying, decompiling, or disassembling the App
- Presenting drawings output by the App as if they were formal drawings based on professional measurement
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
Article 5 (Data Storage)
Plans you create are stored on your device and, if you are signed in to iCloud, in your own iCloud.
The provider does not retain them and cannot restore them if lost.
To keep a drawing, export it as an image or PDF.
Article 6 (Changes to, or Discontinuation of, the App)
The provider may change the App's content or discontinue it without prior notice.
Article 7 (Changes to These Terms)
The provider may revise these Terms when deemed necessary.
Revised Terms apply from the time they are posted on this page.
Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute concerning the App shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the provider's location as the court of first instance.
