第1条（適用）
本規約は、アプリ「定点撮影」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。
本アプリを利用された時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
第2条（本アプリの位置づけ）
本アプリは、同じ構図で写真を撮り続けることを助ける道具です。
- 前回の写真を半透明で重ねる機能は、構図合わせの目安を示すものです。画角・距離・傾きが厳密に一致することを保証するものではありません
- 測量、検査、記録の証明を目的とした用途には適しません。そのような用途に用いた結果について、提供者は責任を負いません
第3条（撮影される被写体について）
撮影は利用者の責任で行ってください。
- 他人の姿、私有地、撮影が禁止されている場所などを撮影する場合は、必要な許可を得てください
- 撮影した写真の利用について生じた問題について、提供者は責任を負いません
第4条（免責）
- 提供者は、本アプリが常に正常に動作すること、および撮影が確実に行われることを保証するものではありません
- 本アプリの利用または利用できなかったことによって生じた損害（写真の消失を含む）について、提供者は責任を負いません。ただし、提供者に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除きます
- 端末の空き容量、カメラの状態、権限の設定などにより、一部の機能が利用できないことがあります
第5条（禁止事項）
次の行為はご遠慮ください。
- 本アプリを複製、改変、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブルすること
- 法令または公序良俗に反する目的で本アプリを利用すること
- 他人の権利（肖像権・プライバシー・著作権など）を侵害する目的で本アプリを利用すること
第6条（データの保存）
本アプリが保存する写真とフォルダは、お使いの端末の中だけに保存されます。
同期やバックアップは行っていないため、アプリを削除すると失われます。また、機種変更の際には引き継がれません。
残しておきたい写真は、写真アプリへの保存や書き出しをご利用ください。
第7条（本アプリの変更・提供の終了）
提供者は、事前の通知なく本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。
第8条（本規約の変更）
提供者は、必要と判断した場合に本規約を変更することがあります。
変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点から適用されます。
第9条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、
提供者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Article 1 (Application)
These Terms set out the conditions for using the app "Teiten Satsuei" (the "App").
By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 2 (Nature of the App)
The App is a tool that helps you keep photographing the same composition.
- Overlaying the previous photo semi-transparently is a guide for aligning composition. It does not guarantee that angle of view, distance, or tilt will match exactly
- The App is not suited to surveying, inspection, or evidentiary records. The provider is not liable for results of such use
Article 3 (Subjects You Photograph)
You are responsible for what you photograph.
- Obtain any required permission before photographing other people, private property, or places where photography is prohibited
- The provider is not liable for issues arising from your use of the photos you take
Article 4 (Disclaimer)
- The provider does not guarantee that the App will always operate correctly or that capture will always succeed
- The provider is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App (including loss of photos), except where caused by the provider's willful misconduct or gross negligence
- Some features may be unavailable depending on free storage, camera state, or permission settings
Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)
Please refrain from the following.
- Copying, modifying, decompiling, or disassembling the App
- Using the App for purposes that violate laws or public order and morals
- Using the App to infringe the rights of others (portrait rights, privacy, copyright, etc.)
Article 6 (Data Storage)
Photos and folders saved by the App are stored only on your device.
No sync or backup is performed, so deleting the App loses them, and they do not transfer when you change devices.
To keep photos, save them to the Photos app or export them.
Article 7 (Changes to, or Discontinuation of, the App)
The provider may change the App's content or discontinue it without prior notice.
Article 8 (Changes to These Terms)
The provider may revise these Terms when deemed necessary.
Revised Terms apply from the time they are posted on this page.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute concerning the App shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the provider's location as the court of first instance.
